Use this form to file an application to the Chief Judge of the Māori Land Court to exercise their power under
section 44 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to correct a mistake, error or omission on the part of the Court or
in the presentation of the facts of a case to the Court.
The Māori Land Court is notifying all owners of the above block about the following meeting of
assembled owners:

DATE: Saturday 16 August
TIME: 2 pm Chatham Islands time (1:15pm New Zealand time)
VENUE: The Den, Norman Kirk Memorial Reserve, Chatham Islands

The Seymour whānau resolve to seek the full partition of the Otonga 3 block into 2 separate
titles, as represented on the sketch plan provided.
