In it, we asked about your overall experience, how
easy it is to apply using paper application forms or through Pātaka Whenua, the court hearing process and the court
minutes and orders.
If you’re not applying online, you can download or ask us for a PDF version of the form. In either case, we’ll ask you to provide supporting information to provide proof of your financial situation.
If you wish to appear you should contact the Court and file a Notice of Intention to Appear on Form 5 and serve a copy
on the applicant. This will assist the Court in dealing with the hearing and enable it to contact you over the hearing
should the need arise.
If you wish to oppose or take part in these proceedings, you must complete a notice of intention to appear
(2 forms of notice are attached). You must file your notice of intention to appear in the Court, and also
serve it on the applicant at the address for service given in the attached application, within 14 days after
the date on which you are served with this notice.
