This direction is issued pursuant to rule 3.8(1)(b) Māori Land Court Rules 2011 and
a copy is to be sent to the Chief Judge, the Chief Registrar and the Registrar of the
Waiariki District Registry of the Court.
The judiciary and the staff of the seven Māori Land Court registries have been working hard to move through the backlog of cases before the Court, there have been new judicial appointments and a host of activity has been undertaken to improve the service provided toMāori landowners.
