If they have possession of the land they will have, in most cases, an Occupation Order or a leasing arrangement with the owners. The most pressing problem is in relation to individual shareholdings and participation of shareholders in the management of their land.
Currently, this ranges from sale and long term lease decisions to the establishment of trusts and incorporations to ratifying the decisions of assembled owners.
