TAKE NOTICE that the Hochi Land Company Limited, have applied to the Māori Land Court at Whanganui for confirmation of a sale of the above Māori freehold land.
The changes affect all trusts,
including Māori land trusts created through the Māori Land Court
(such as ahu whenua, kaitiaki, and whānau trusts) and existing
trusts established before the law came into force.
This practice note is subject to Part 16 of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011 (Rules).
3. This practice note applies to the use of the Special Aid Fund by the Māori Land Court and
the Māori Appellate Court (Court).
