The office is spread over three floors with reception and research facilities on the ground level, Te Rā Tau, mediation and meeting rooms and staff office space on Level 1, Te Rā Pae, and the courthouse and the judicial chambers on Level 2.
In August 2020, the Government passed targeted
changes toTe Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to simplify
the legal processes for owning, occupying and using
Māori land.
After further consultation, the rescheduled dates are as follows:
Whanganui: 10:00am, Tuesday 18 February 2025
Te Hāwera: 10:00am, Wednesday 19 February 2025
New Plymouth: 10.00am, Thursday 20 February 2025

copy is to be sent to the Chief Judge, the Chief Registrar and the Registrar of the
Aotea District Registry of the Court.
