A beneficiary in the Wi Pere Trust who has left a will may
dispose of their interests only to a person who is one or more
of the following:
• children and remoter issue (that is, grandchildren,
greatgrandchildren) of the beneficiary
• any person who would be entitled to succeed to the
interest if the beneficiary died without leaving a will
• any other person related by blood to Wi Pere
• trustees of any person referred to above.
