Māori Assembled Owners Regulations 1995
Sets out the rules on how a meeting of owners of Māori land must be held, how it is recorded and how the outcomes are reported.
This form may be used by the executor(s)/administrator(s) of an estate to certify those persons entitled to the Māori
freehold land interests held by the estate, and/or in the case of a deceased Māori, any General Land intrests.
S Blocks without a management structure have an average size of 15.39ha and average 45 owners.
S Overall, an average Māori land block has a size of 53.06ha and 114 owners.
