The project continued to receive support from the National Government to its completion. The primary purpose of the project was to ensure that the title system of the Māori Land Court was reflected in the Torrens system administered by LINZ.
Additionally a noticed was placed in the Māori Land Court Panui of which held a mailing list of up to 4700.

Notice for meetings of owners A common complaint from owners is that they were not aware of the meeting being held, so the question arises as to what constitutes sufficient notice.
