When you have located the correct owner name and it is displayed in the Search results area,

The South Island Landless Natives Act 1906 was repealed in 1909 without those 50 people
having received their SILNA land.
The working list of potential owners has been updated through applications to substitute
deceased owners on the list.

After locating the block, whether by the Search menu or the Block Map, once you open the block
information page you will find several different sections including:
• block name and ID details,
• owner details overview,
• area details
• map of the block shape,
• and an originated documents list.
It is also rarely being used by owners in their capacity as owners. If they have possession of the land they will have, in most cases, an Occupation Order or a leasing arrangement with the owners.
