They administer Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, the governing legislation for Māori land, and provide the Whenua Māori Service to support Māori landowners to explore their aspirations and unlock the potential of their whenua.

If no notice is filed by the date set out above, the Court may proceed to consider the
proposed application for alienation of the land.
Once you find the job you want to apply for, make sure you read the position description carefully and check that the salary range, location and start dates work for you.
This is also a return to the Court and Tribunal for Judge Milner, who worked early in his career as a Research Counsel for the Māori Land Court and as an Assistant Registrar for the Waitangi Tribunal.
These services are provided based on the Māori Land Court’s customer journey model,
modelled on the experience the Court wants for manuhiri when they visit the marae.
