Transferring land to a member of the PCA
To transfer your land by gift or sale to a member of the preferred class of alienee (link to definition), you will need to applyfor a vesting order.

The MāoriLand Court of New Zealand
All SILNA lands are located in Te Waipounamu MāoriLand Court District.
This form may be used to apply to the Court to confirm one or more resolutions passed by owners in Māori Freehold
Land or General Land owned by Māori who together are members of the same family and who have taken the
opportunity to meet together following a family gathering (such as tangi, wedding or reunion).

(Depending on the type of application a fee of $23. 00, $68. 00 or $228.00 may apply. If you are unsure of the fee that applies please contact
your local MāoriLand Court office for further assistance)
